FcConfigSubstitute - Execute substitutionsSYNOPSIS

FcBool FcConfigSubstitute (FcConfig *config, FcPattern *p, FcMatchKind kind);
DESCRIPTION
Calls FcConfigSubstituteWithPat setting p_pat to NULL. Returns FcFalse if the substitution cannot be performed (due to allocation failure). Otherwise returns FcTrue.
